The DVE Institute of Leadership, Justice & Professional Excellence™ is the educational division of Divine Visions Enterprise. It delivers structured, mastery-based learning experiences that connect academic knowledge with leadership, justice, professional development, and real-world application.
OUR EDUCATIONAL DIVISIONS
DVE Youth Leadership & Justice Academy™
The Youth Academy provides structured supplemental education for high school students. Homeschool families may request advanced placement when appropriate. Courses build critical thinking, leadership, career awareness, and practical knowledge through four progressive levels: Introduction, Understanding, Application, and Mastery.
Core learning areas include:
• Justice and Legal Studies
• Entrepreneurship and Business Leadership
• Financial Literacy and Wealth Building
• Cybersecurity and Digital Safety
• Leadership and Civic Impact
• Accessible Leadership, Self-Advocacy, and Career Readiness
Each eight-week course includes progressive learning activities, a midpoint assessment, and a final capstone or mastery assessment. Students earn a certificate for each completed course. Completion of all four courses within a track leads to a DVE Certificate of Subject Mastery.
DVE Professional Training & Certification Institute™
The adult and workforce-development division provides practical, accessible training for working professionals, entrepreneurs, organizations, reentry programs, and individuals preparing for career advancement or transition. Programs emphasize demonstrated competency, real-world application, and professional growth.
STANDARD AND PRO LEARNING OPTIONS
Standard courses provide structured, self-paced learning with clearly organized lessons, assessments, and completion requirements.
Pro courses add scheduled live instruction, direct engagement, and enhanced guided support. Pricing and program recommendations are provided through consultation and are not published on this website.

Dr. Charles W. Powell is an approved West Virginia HOPE Scholarship education service provider for the 2026–2027 program year. Families should verify current scholarship requirements and eligible expenses directly through the official program.
