Dr. Charles W. Powell II is an educator, published scholar, entrepreneur, consultant, paralegal professional, mentor, and disability advocate. His work connects scholarship, professional practice, accessibility, leadership, justice, and community impact.

After becoming blind in 2012, Dr. Powell rebuilt his professional path through education, faith, discipline, and service. His experience informs a leadership philosophy centered on capability, access, resilience, and the belief that adversity can become a blueprint for purpose.
