ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Dr. Charles W. Powell II is an educator, consultant, published scholar, entrepreneur, paralegal professional, and disability advocate. His academic background includes a Doctor of Business Administration; three master’s degrees in criminal justice administration, cybersecurity, and forensic science; two bachelor’s degrees in criminal justice administration and crime scene investigations; and an associate degree in paralegal studies and legal administration.
