Our Academic & Professional Divisions
DVE Youth Leadership & Justice Academy™
The DVE Youth Leadership & Justice Academy™ is a comprehensive academic program designed for students ages 13–17. The Academy introduces students to real-world disciplines while developing critical thinking, leadership capacity, and career awareness.
Students engage in structured coursework across five core tracks:
• Justice & Legal Studies – Understanding law, courts, investigations, and justice systems
• Entrepreneurship & Business Leadership – Business creation, strategy, and leadership development
• Financial Literacy & Wealth Building – Personal finance, economic empowerment, and wealth-building strategies
• Cybersecurity & Digital Safety – Digital responsibility, cyber awareness, and emerging threats
• Leadership & Civic Impact – Public speaking, resilience, and community engagement
This program is designed to move beyond theory students develop practical skills, applied knowledge, and leadership confidence that prepare them for higher education and future careers.

DVE Professional Training & Certification Institute™
The DVE Professional Training & Certification Institute™ serves as the adult education and workforce development division of the Institute. This program is designed to provide accessible, practical, and results-driven training for individuals and organizations seeking advancement, specialization, or transformation.
This division serves:
• Working professionals seeking career advancement or transition
• Entrepreneurs and business owners
• Corporate and government agencies
• Workforce development programs
• Community-based organizations
• Reentry programs supporting justice-involved individuals
• Individuals seeking alternative pathways to professional growth
