Powell II, Ph.D. His life’s journey from overcoming systemic barriers in the inner cities of New Jersey and New York to becoming a published scholar, respected consultant, and nationally recognized disability advocate has instilled in us a deep understanding of the challenges faced by underserved communities.

Dr. Powell has seen firsthand how the absence of accessible legal, business, and strategic resources can perpetuate inequity, whether in the criminal justice system, within educational institutions, or through barriers in governmental agencies such as the Board of Education, the Department of Health and Human Resources, the Social Security Administration, and the Disability Administration. These experiences are not just part of his personal history, they are the foundation of our organizational mission.
